1000A Anodizing Line Equipment with IEC PLC Control Coloring Machine

The EDAC-12 series DC-AC double wave coloring power supply is a high-energy power product developed based on advanced European technology standards (IEC-146 compliant) and specialized coloring technology. This equipment is designed for electrolytic coloring of aluminum alloy extruded profiles for architectural applications, aluminum alloy car parts surface coloring, and other specialized electrolytic coloring applications.

Advanced Coloring Technology

The DC-AC intelligent coloring power operation begins with pulsating DC output to activate the aluminum alloy surface after oxidation, followed by shaping and homogenization treatment. This process ensures consistent color deposition during subsequent AC electrodeposition of metal ions, particularly effective for light color series including champagne, stainless steel imitation, and light bronze finishes.

Enhanced Color Uniformity: Pulsating DC current homogenizing treatment combined with AC voltage coloring produces consistent surface coloration
Superior Process Adaptability: Excellent performance with tin salt, mixed salts, and single nickel salt formulations, including specialized single nickel salt recipes for light color reproduction
Flexible Operation: Can operate in separate AC coloring function mode when required
